Recruitment Process

Applications close at 5pm on Friday 6th April 2007.

Following this the next stages of assessment are as follows:

1. Psychometric Assessment takes place between 12 - 24 April.

These are assessments that measure your verbal and numerical reasoning and can be completed on any computer with Internet access.

2. Assessment Centres take place between 26 April - 2 May.

You’ll be asked to go to the venue closest to where you live, and will be there for around 2.5 hours.

You’ll be part of a work simulation, which involves solving a critical issue in a fictional company. It gives you the chance to show how you’d respond to a given scenario, and requires you to work individually and in a small group.

You will also complete a supervised psychometric assessment to measure your critical reasoning ability.

Bring along your passport (or driver’s licence and original birth certificate) to prove your identity and residency status. And don’t forget to bring the original or a copy (certified by your uni) of your academic transcript.

3. Interviews are held between 15 - 25 May.

Our interviews are behaviourally based and a great way for us to find out about your skills, qualities and experience. You’ll also be able to ask a few more questions of your own.

4. Offers will be made from 25 May.

Just before you’re offered a place, we’ll do reference checks. If all goes well, we’ll make a verbal offer, which will later be confirmed in writing. A police check will then be conducted as a final stage of the offer process.
